The new forum, which has a completely different look/feel than a Yahoo Group (besides no ads), has the topics laid out in such a manner that it's easier to read on topics that are of interest. If you are interested in sewing, for example, but not books, you don't even have to see the discussion about books. It will put a lot of interests in one place, thus, lowering the need for multiple groups.
Your mother would need to approve by agreeing with our Statement of Faith. See the Form to Join for more details. Your mother may either become a registered member of my Mom's forum, Christian Moms of Many Blessings, or just a part of the daughters' forum, Blessed Maidens (to monitor the board if she likes).
